This Civil Revision Petition is coming for hearing on this day, upon perusing the Grounds of Petition, the judgment and decree of the lower appellate court and the court of first instance and the material papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Jahangir Baba, Advocate for Petitioners and Mr.J.Madhu, Advocate, for the Respondent,while Allowing the petition, this Court doth order and decree as follows :

i)That, the Judgement and Decree made in E.P. No. 111 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.
