O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the rent due amount of the petitioner's building for a sum of Rs.3,81,234/- for the period of 20 months and 9 days at the rate of Rs.18,780/- per month with 9% interest, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent Sub Registrar's office occupied the petitioner's building for official use from 22.11.2023 to 31.07.2025. However, the respondents, vacated the premises on 31.07.2025 without paying rent for the entire period of occupation. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation on 2/4

11.12.2025, seeking to pay the rent due amount of the petitioner's building for a sum of Rs.3,81,234/- for the period of 20 months and 9 days at the rate of Rs.18,780/- per month with 9% interest. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
