This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue direction to the Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil to dispose of O.S.No.118 of 2022 1/4

pending on his file within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit is of the year 2022 and the same is being adjourned again and again at the request of the respondent counsel and hence, seeks early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.118 of 2022.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankarankovil, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
