ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a limited relief for issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property. 2.By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 4.The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the property on 21.10.2009 and thereafter, the petitioner has also been issued patta No.5641 and the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject land. The petitioner has filed an online application for surveying the property on 25.10.2024 and also remitted the requisite charges for the same.

5.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the online application having been made on 25.10.2024, the respondent has not taken any steps to conduct survey.
6.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and the admitted fact that the petitioner has made an online application and has also paid necessary charges, there shall be a direction to the respondent, if necessary with the assistance of the Surveyor, to demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property in compliance with the application, dated 25.10.2024. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from today.
7.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
