This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to revise the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7230 of 2018 in C.C.No.393 of 2013 dated 01.03.2019, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam by allowing this Revision Petition.

2.Heard Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that due to family dispute, they try to settle the matter. So, the petitioners could not able to recall PW1 and 3, in time. 4.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the C.C in the year 2013 and he has serious objection to allow this petition.

directed to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand) to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
