Miscellaneous Petition by ordering the transfer the suit O.S.No.456 of 2023 from the file of the Hon'ble Principal District Munsif Court, Trichy to the file of Hon'ble Family Court, Trichy.

ORDER

This application has been filed long after the Order dated 15.06.2023 passed in Tr.C.M.P (MD) No.204/2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that there is a family court in Trichy and therefore, the case should have been transferred to Trichy Family Court as prayed for by the petitioner in Tr.C.M.P (MD) No.204/2023.

3. There is no merit in this application for re-transferring the case to the Family Court at Trichy at this time. The petitioner should have filed the application for modification as soon as the order was passed on 15.06.2023. Therefore, this application for modification of the aforesaid order is liable to be rejected and accordingly, it is rejected.

4. The petitioner is directed to participate in the proceedings before the Principal District Munsif Court at Trichy.
