ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with this petition, praying to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.7 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet has already been filed and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.340 of 2015 by the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
