This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to Extend the Time in Crl.R.C(MD)No.247 of 2019 on 17.06.2019 for deposit the amount a sum of Rs.15,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai.

3.Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has strong objection to allow this petition.
