ORDER

The petitioner / husband seeks transfer of proceedings in HMOP.No.190 of 2021 from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Pudukottai to the file of Sub Court, Lalgudi, since there is a life threat to him.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that already the said HMOP.No.190 of 2021 filed before the Sub Court, Lalgudi and the Transfer CMP (MD).No.505 of 2019 was filed by the respondent / wife before this Court and this Court vide order, dated 03.01.2020 transferred to HMOP to the Sub Court, Pudukkottai. But, the petitioner gave a complaint to the police only on 07.02.2022. So, he wantonly gave a criminal complaint against the respondent.

4. Since the HMOP.NO.60 of 2020 is only pending before the Sub Court, the petitioner may appear before the respondent through his counsel. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
