This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.141 of 2014 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct proper investigation in an expeditious manner and to file the final report within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.141 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 11.06.2014 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
