ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.4, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.11.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC and r/w 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.1187 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and three others went to the defacto complainant's Oil Store and demanded money from the defacto complainant and when the defacto complainant refused to give money, the petitioner caught hold of the defacto complainant's uncle and pulled down the defacto complainant and robbed Rs.900/- and all the accused persons poured the oil on the ground and thereby caused loss to the tune of Rs.12,000/- to the defacto complainant and abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and the case has been registered for the aforesaid offences.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) has produced the copy of the detention order dated 27.11.2015 passed by the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City by which the petitioner was detained at the Central Prison, Madurai, under 'Gooda'. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed.
