The petitioner claiming wife of one Dinesh Babu has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition after giving a complaint to the respondent police stating that her husband is missing and suspect that he has eloped with the third respondent.

2. On perusing the affidavit, when this Court was about to dismiss this petition, the learnd counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
