2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case under challenge had been disposed of by the trial court. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer sought for in this petition, cannot be considered at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
