ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.11.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.143 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that it is a case and case in counter and the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ considering the fact that it is a case and case in counter and the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court

is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
