The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the 3rd respondent to take necessary action to maintain peace, tranquillity and harmonious relationship among village people by preventing any untoward incident in respect of the said Vinayagar Temple construction and celebrations at Thi.Koodalur Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District and consequently directing them to maintain law and order in their village and said Vinayagar Kovil Temple function. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that in this regard a Peace Committee Meeting has already been conducted on 14.11.2015.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
