PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to fence the petitioners path with an extent of 10 feet north south running for about 500 meters in length bearing S.F.No.131/5 in patta No.10 (New Joint Patta No.236) Situated at Manapatti, Bodi Merkkumalai Village, Bodinayakkanur Sub Registration, Periyakulam Registration, Theni District. This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to fence the petitioners path with an extent of 10 feet north south running for about 500 meters in length bearing S.F.No.131/5 in patta No.10 (New Joint Patta No.236) Situated at Manapatti, Bodi Merkkumalai Village, Bodinayakkanur Sub Registration, Periyakulam Registration, Theni District.

2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 11.12.2021 and the same is pending on the file of the second respondent for enquiry.
