By order dated 29.04.2019, this Court had directed the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation. Alleging that this direction has not been complied with, this Contempt Petition came to be filed.

Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the second respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.
