This petition has been filed call for the records and setaside the impugned order in Crl.M.P.No.524 of 2019 dated 31.05.2019 passed by the IIIrd Additional District & Sessions Judge(PCR), Madurai and set aside the same.

2.Heard Mr.H.Velavadhas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has filed a petition before the Sessions Court for relaxation of condition. The same was dismissed by its order dated 31.05.2019 considering the submission of the defacto complainant was attacked by this petitioner/accused.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 17.04.2019 regularly.

5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Sessions Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before Sivagangai Town Police Station on the first working day of every month at 10.00 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
