ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate the enquiry against the sixth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2021.
2. The 6th respondent is the secretary of the Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society. The above society was sanctioned loan to those who are not eligible and also waiving loan to those who are not coming under norms fixed by the Government. Some of the members did not avail loan from the society, but the secretary created document as if they applied for loan and loan was disbursed in their names. Therefore, the the petitioner sent a detailed representation dated 05.01.2021 to the first respondent to take action against the 6th respondent and the same was not considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, 7 and 8 submitted that FIR was registered against the sixth respondent in Crime No.2 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 409, 468 and 471 of IPC.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ petition is closed.
