These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Karur to take up the C.C.Nos.495 and 496 of 2013 on the file and proceed in accordance with law.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 04.12.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment and the same was ordered to post next week. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 18.12.2014, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournment only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of these criminal original petitions would not serve for any purpose. 4.In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
