ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2 of 2017 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The grounds raised by the petitioner are matters that can be effectively considered only during the course of trial. In view of the nature of the grounds urged in support of the present petition, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.2 of 2017 pending on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the Trial Court.
