(CRIME Nos,194/15, 69/15 and 260 OF 2015 respectively) ..RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN ALL THE CASES Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petitions filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos. 20576, 20577 and 20570 of 2015 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am pending disposal of the above Crl.OP(MD) Nos.20576, 20577 and 20570 of 2015 Order : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIJAYARATHINAM, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the Petitions the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 15/01/2016 to 12/02/2016 and the Charge sheet has been filed.

2.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner , is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Srivilliputhur on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
