The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the complaint was closed.
