ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the entire records connected with impugned FIR in Crime No.133 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvidaimarudur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.128 of 2022.

3. In view of the above said development, this petition has become 2/4
