Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.VETRIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditional order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.959 of 2021 directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties each for a like sum.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 05.02.2021 with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties each for the like sum. He would further submit that the petitioner's father and mother are aged persons and residing in Chennai and they are not in a position to travel in this covid-19 situation, hence he seeks modification of the said order.
3. In view of the above the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood related sureties each for a like sum is modified to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.1475 of 2021 the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai.
4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
