Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.

SURESH MANICKAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANAND,Advocate for R1 and R2, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to call for the records and setaside the order dated 31.10.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.6782 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil, Thirunelveli District and to quash the same by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition. 2.Heard both side. Records perused.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner has not pay any amount towards maintenance and he has strong objection for allowing this petition. 4.This petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner is directed to pay a maintenance amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
