The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 10.02.2024 in A.S.No.67 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Kumbakonam, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 02.12.2014 in O.S.No.468 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
