ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2014.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2014 is underway and seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2014 and file a final report, after giving notice of the same to the present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
