ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct respondent to give necessary police protection by preventing the Periyampillai and his men not to interfere with the petitioner's suit properties in accordance with the above said order of injunction in I.A.No.333/14 in O.S.No.50/06 on the file of the District Munsif,, Melur dated 24.07.2014.

2.The petitioner seeks police protection by preventing the Periyampillai and his men not to interfere with the petitioner's suit properties . Now, 4 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
