Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.I.PINAYGASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20247 of 2023 dated 03.01.2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner, since he is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD).No.20247 of 2023 dated 03.01.2024.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 03.01.2024 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
