O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records with regard to impugned Final Report filed in R.C.No.14 of 2014 dated 05.09.2014 in Crime No.209 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai and set aside the same on the file of the 1st respondent and direct the respondents to further investigate the case.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed.

3.It is seen from the records that there is no merits in this case and moreover, the respondent police have been completed the investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
