Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.PALPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14267 of 2020, dated 08.12.2020.
2.This Court by an order dated 08.12.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to pay a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) to the defacto complainant directly. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she is the wife of A1 and she is not indulged any activities of her husband in this case. If the petitioner paid the above said amount directly to the defacto complainant, it would admit this case. Hence, the petitioner is unable to pay the above said amount to the defacto complainant directly. Hence he seeks modification.

CRL MP(MD) No.1409 of 2021 3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Twenty Five Thousand only) to the defacto complainant directly is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.7 of 2019 before the concerned Court. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
