O R D E R This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi, pending against the petitioner.

2.The petitioner is the accused No.1, in Crime No.288 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 304 of IPC altered into 304(A), 109 IPC and Section 192 of M.V.Act, 1988 and now facing trial in C.C.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

3.Today, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the trial bas been completed before the trial Court and the matter has been posted before the trial Court for pronouncing Judgment on 26.06.2023.

5.Since the matter has been posted for pronouncing Judgment, this petition cannot be entertained at this stage. Today there is no representation for the petitioner.
