2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and after completing the investigation, Charge Sheet has been filed before the concerned trial Court against the petitioners, but it has not been taken on file.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
