ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and in the enquiry the third respondent has given a statement that the issue was settled with the help of the elders and that no further action is required on her complaint and based on the same, the enquiry was ordered to be closed, since it is a family dispute.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
