This petition is filed to quash the proceedings issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate and Revenue Divisional Officer, Aranthangi vide his proceedings in Ku.Va.No.129/2015/A2 dated 09.07.2015 as against the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C. has already been closed as against the petitioners.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed.
