ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) This Court to do no more than merely recording what is found in prayer of this Writ petition.

2.Petitioner seeks a direction to second respondent for taking suitable action against respondents 3 to 7 as regards misuse of valuation certificate and tender process for cutting Seemai Karuvelam trees in Kattanur Kanmoi at Survey No.1/1 at Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of his representation dated 22.02.2018.

3.This Court would not go beyond than what is stated in paragraph no.6 of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22564 of 2017 dated 10.01.2018 and as under:

"6.In the light of the same, this Court directs the respondents through the third respondent to cause inspection of Kattanur Kanmoi (water body) situated in Survey No.1/1, Kattanur Village, Tiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and while doing so, the third respondent shall put the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 on notice and depending upon the result of the said survey, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter."

4.Such order is one of a Coordinate Bench of this Court and it

is not open for this Court to order otherwise. 5.The Writ petition shall stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.is closed.
