O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner along with respondents 1 to 3 herein have filed a suit in O.S.No.35 of 2017 against the respondents 4 to 14 herein for the relief of declaration to declare the power deed dated 27.12.2013 and sale deed dated 29.11.2014 are null and void and to declare the sale deeds dated 12.10.2012 and 22.01.2013 as null and void and for injunction. In the said suit, the respondents have filed the written statement and the issues were framed and the suit was listed for trial on 27.03.2018.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the said suit is periodically adjourned without any progress and lastly, the suit was posted on 18.06.2019. The learned District Munsif, Tiruchendur without conducting the trial, repeatedly adjourned the suit and hence, the suit in O.S.No.35 of 2017 is pending for trial for the past 1 1⁄2 years without any progress. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for early disposal of the suit. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
