Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14219 of 2020 on 07.12.2020

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

CRL MP(MD) No.1498 of 2021 Crl.O.P.No.14219 of 2020 on 07.12.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders and on all hearing dates before the trial Court.
