The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the learned 1st Additional District Court, Madurai to consider and recall the Non Bailable Warrant pending against the petitioner, dated 17.11.2015 in S.C.No.227 of 2014 by accepting the petition filed under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C., on the same day.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that warrant has been executed and hence nothing survives in this matter.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
