No.4355/2017 dated 21/04/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.POORNACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.

RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that final report has been filed before the Magistrate concerned on 02.05.2017, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ awaiting for committal to the Sessions Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
