This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the fair and decreetal order dated 29.11.2018, passed in I.A.No.773 of 2018 in O.S.No.210 of 2012 by the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 3.When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that on the date of filing the Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2012 was dismissed for default. In this regard, he has produced a copy of the judgment, it is seen that the civil revision petition has been filed on 11.01.2019 against the suit in O.S.No.210 of 2012, which was dismissed for default on 10.01.2019 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
