Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1548 of 2023, dated 27.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a daily wage coolie and hence, he is not able to comply with the condition imposed by this Court and thereby, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions only for four days. Hence, he prays for dismissing this petition.

4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 27.01.2023. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
