O R D E R
This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.420 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for an investigation.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that investigation is almost completed and yet to file charge sheet.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court deems it fit to direct the second respondent to monitor the investigation done by the third respondent and the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent is directed to file a final report before the concerned court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
