The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachment made in pathway of burial ground in Survey No. 362/24B-2 in Eluvaraimukki Village, Sathangulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, by considering his representation dated 17.01.2022 and within a time frame.

2. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the encroachment as alleged by the petitioner has been removed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
