ORDER

When this Court expressed its intention to dismiss the writ petition on merits as revisional remedy is available to the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above, permission is granted. The miscellaneous stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected W.P[MD]SR.No.9469 of 2021 stands rejected. No costs.
