ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the intervener and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 406, 465, 468, 420 and 120(b) of I.P.C., in Crime No.12 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner is said to be an education consultant. He had arranged the sending of the complainant's son for medical studies to Ukraine.

4. The specific allegation of the complainant is that the institution to which his son was sent is not having recognition from MCI. To enable the petitioner to produce materials to show it is a recognized institution, the case was adjourned from time to time. Even today the petitioner is not in a position to produce any formal communication for MCI. Therefore the criminal original petition stands dismissed for the present.
