Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry. For Petitioners : Mr.K.Gokul For Respondents 1 and 2 : Mr.A.Robinson Government Advocate (Criminal side)

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint lodged by one Ravindiran / third respondent was registered in C.No.G7/04473/346/2021 and the Sub Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Tirunelveli, after enquiring the petitioners and the private respondent, closed the said petition, since the petitioners and the private respondent represented before the Sub Inspector that they would resolve their dispute before a competent civil Court. This has not been refuted by the learned counsels for the petitioner and the third respondent.
