This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22757 of 2025, dated 06.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22757 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
