Crl.M.P(MD)No.4566 of 2021 This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 476 days in filing Crl.A(MD)SR.No.4912 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for condoning the delay.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned on condition the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 02.03.2022, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.

5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
